It's been a while since my last attempt
on blogging, the previous ones kind of melted, so here I am, I'm trying -so
here I am, are you ready?- *ignore this obnoxious Blink 182 reference,
please* and feel free to wander around this page that I have created to share
everything.
I'm the kind of
person who likes to give everything a try but never sticks to anything, I tried
being emo, I tried being sporty, nerdy, whatever when I was in high school.
When I was little I was always trying to be a cartoon character, thing my
relatives always found funny.
I'm 20 years old
now, and since I left high school I have been in a completely absurd journey to
try to figure myself out, no success at all. Now, together with a severe
anxiety and fighting my depression issues, I have decided that if I can't
figure myself out is probably because there's nothing to understand. I am from
a generation that is supposed to have thing done early and to have their entire
lives figured out, because we are the millennials and we can do anything if we
try hard enough. Trying hard happens to be the problem, when you can't find
motivation in anything.
So, sometimes you
have to create yourself from scratch, and that's what I try to do every day, baby
steps.
So I sold my soul,
became a redhead and started this blog. Why the title? In fact, it was
originally a typo, but I ended up loving it. And this me, I am a Drama Queen, I
over react, I over think and this are my thoughts: Love yourself no matter
what, and don't forget that is does not matter how much you love the rest,
there are times when you have to put yourself first, don't try to eat veggies
if you don't like them (I wasted so much time and effort trying to swallow
lettuce), and life is too short to wear boring clothes, so don't bother with
the jeans and sweater combo if you want to wear a pink striped dress.
